The LeFORT business centre is a modern class B+ business complex. It occupies the renovated and converted premises of a former silk manufacture, founded on the banks of the Yauza River in Moscow at the beginning of the 20th century.

The LeFORT business centre is located in the north-east of Moscow on Elektrozavodskaya street, next to historic Preobrazhenskaya embankment.

It benefits from easy access by car and public transport: the Garden Ring and the Third Transport Ring are both nearby, and two metro stations (Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad and Elektrozavodskaya) are a five-minute walk away.
