We are one of the largest professional owners of class-A office real estate in Moscow.
We own and operate a portfolio of 11 business centres in the Russian capital with total space in excess of 624,000 square metres.
The O1 Properties portfolio includes iconic projects that are Moscow landmarks. As well as creating space for companies and people to do business successfully, we enhance the urban environment by making the landscaped grounds and facilities of our business centres available for use by everybody in the city.
