Pavel Barbashev, Commercial Director of O1 Properties, was included in the investment section of the CRE 100 rating of the most influential people in the Russian commercial real estate market.

The CRE-100 is compiled in Russia every year by CRE magazine. A number of rating experts each prepares his or her own long list of candidates based on personal experience and knowledge, and on information obtained first-hand and from open sources. These are combined into a single top list and a study is carried out for each nominee before the final rating list is compiled.

The CRE editors emphasized Pavel’s role in strengthening the position of O1 Properties, despite the recent pandemic. At the end of 2020 the Company had 100,000 square metres of office space leased to tenants, of which 25,000 square metres represented new contracts, and the vacancy rate for the portfolio was under 8%, which is below the market average. O1 Properties was successful in limiting growth of vacancies at its business centres in 2020 to 2-3%.

Pavel is also a founder of the Space 1 flexible office project, portfolio size of which tripled in 2020.
