Pavel Barbashev, Head of Sales of O1 Properties, shared his main professional achievements in 2022, including the leasing of over 33,000 m2 of commercial real estate space, as well as the extension of lease agreements covering a total of another 31,000 m2. The creation of the CLEVER national certification system, developed with the support of O1 Properties, is another reason to be proud.
For Dmitry Sveshnikov, COO of O1 Standard, the key achievement is the growth of the portfolio of properties and the subsequent team expansion. O1 Standard pays great attention to green standards – this includes reducing energy consumption at facilities, regularly holding environmental campaigns, active participation in all environmental community events, as well as completing certification according to the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
