O1 Properties, the largest owner of class A business centers in Moscow, once again confirmed its leadership in the segment, topping the rating of developers specializing in leasing office real estate. For the fourth year in a row, the company has held a leading position in the ranking.
Created by RBC analysts, the rating assesses nine key criteria, which mainly focus on the volume of office space sales and rentals.
The rating placed O1 Properties in the top spot with a score of 91 out of 100 points. The company is distinguished by the maximum volume of rental real estate. In the second half of 2023 the company demonstrated impressive results: O1 Properties owns almost 582,000 m2 of leasable office space, of which 496,000 m2was rented as of the end of 2023.
This year, O1 Properties scored 8 rating points more than last year, becoming the leader in the commercial real estate rental segment for the fourth year in a row.
