November 14, 2018. O1 Properties takes first position in the latest ranking of Moscow’s biggest office owners, compiled by Knight Frank.
O1 Properties manages the largest portfolio of high-quality office real estate in the Russian capital. Gross building area of the Company’s office centres is 643,000 square metres and net leased area is 478,000 square metres.
Analysts at Knight Frank report that vacant space in the O1 Properties portfolio decreased by 29,000 square metres from Q3 2017 to Q3 2018, which is the second best result on the Moscow market. Vacancy now stands at 12% and the Company expects to reduce the figure below 10% by the end of the year. Rental rates at O1 Properties are average for the market.More information about the rating.
