Investment company O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of class-A office real estate in Moscow, sponsored the Arendator Awards, which were held on October 5, 2021.

The Arendator Awards are an annual industry event that selects the best companies and commercial real estate projects from all over Russia.

O1 Properties is committed to the main aims of the Awards, which are to create an open and transparent communication channel between all parties (developers and tenants) who work on the commercial real estate market, to identify market leaders, and to fashion a strong community of companies and professionals meeting the highest industry standards.

Pavel Barbashev, Commercial Director of O1 Properties, joined the jury of the Arendator Awards in 2021 and O1 Properties presented this year’s prize for Best Eco-Project of the Year, reflecting the Company’s commitment to projects that raise awareness of environmental issues in real estate and promote portfolio management in compliance with environmental performance standards.
