April 14, 2021. O1 Properties has signed an agreement with the Russian brokerage company, Otkryitie Broker for lease of space in the Silver City business centre in Moscow. R&B Consulting acted as consultant for the transaction.
Otkryitie Broker will occupy 3,500 square metres of office space on the 3rd and 7th floors at Silver City. The move is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.

Nevertheless, a comfortable office with convenient transport accessibility remains a priority for us and our staff. We have therefore decided to open a new office at the Silver City business centre. The class-A Silver City business centre is located at the intersection of the Garden Ring and Serebryanicheskaya Embankment within walking distance of Kurskaya and Taganskaya metro stations and close to the established business district of Paveletskaya Square. The complex has an efficient floor plan that maximizes use of natural light. The ground floor has a spacious and light atrium with a retail area. In 2019, the business centre was certified to BREEAM standards of environmental performance.
