September 21, 2018. O1 Properties is ranked in the list of Russia’s 500 biggest companies, compiled by RosBusinessConsulting (RBC), for the fourth consecutive year. The ranking is based on revenue levels.

O1 Properties took 490th place and is one of only two Russian commercial real estate companies to be represented. Revenue (rental income) of the company in 2017 was USD 315 million.
