August 28, 2013 – О1 Properties Investment Company has signed a contract on purchase of Nakhimovsky, 58 Business Center. The transaction will be finalized when the Business Center will be fully leased out. The Business Center will be included to the company’s portfolio under the name of iCube.
The Business Center with the total area of approximately 25 000 sq. m has 11 floors with an underground car park for 288 parking stalls. The Project developer was Levium Company. The Complex is situated close to Profsoyuznaya metro station, in one of the most popular Moscow districts with high rental rates.
“The strategy of O1 Properties includes acquiring of the most liquid high class objects of А and B+ classes, the capitalization of which will only keep on growing. Nakhimovsky, 58 conforms fully to this strategy”, Dmitry Mintz, Chairman of the Board of O1 Properties, has stated.
At present, the premises of the Business Center are being actively leased out. A new design of the public zones is under consideration. The office premises are ready to be fit out, and in the I quarter of 2014, iCube will be ready for being occupied by the tenants.
