Forbes ranks O1 Properties in TOP-10 largest owners of commercial real estate
January 23, 2020. O1 Properties investment company is rated the 8th largest owner of commercial real estate in Russia in 2019 according to the annual ranking by Forbes Magazine.
The rating is based on estimate of the rental income of owners of office, retail, hotel and warehousing real estate.
Forbes estimate the gross rental income of O1 Properties in 2019 at USD 305 mln.
O1 Properties has being included in Forbes rating starting from 2012. The company is the only one in TOP-10 with 100% focus on office real estate.
