January 28, 2019. O1 Properties was the 8th largest owner of commercial real estate in Russia in 2018, according to the annual ranking by Forbes magazine. O1 Properties was included in the ranking for the seventh consecutive year.

The rating is based on estimate of income from the lease of commercial real estate. Forbes calculates gross income of O1 Properties from rent of office property in 2018 at USD 295 million.

O1 Properties was already ranked number one in the Knight Frank rating of office property owners, which is based on the volume of office space owned and operated.

At the end of 2018, O1 Properties leased over 42 000 square metres of office space The vacancy rate for the company’s portfolio had decreased to 9.5% and was under 5% for sites in Moscow’s central business district.
