Olga has been leading the finance function at O1 Properties since 2024. She began her career with the company in 2013 as Head of the Analytical Department. Prior to joining O1 Properties, she served as Finance Director of a project at Gleden Invest. Olga holds two higher education degrees: in 2005, she graduated from Orel State Technical University, and in 2009, she earned a degree in Financial Management from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Yulia has worked as legal director of O1 Properties since 2018.

She has been with O1 Properties since 2011, when she joined the company as head of the legal department. Prior to joining the company, Yulia worked at Capital Partners.

Yulia graduated from Moscow State University and studied the international private law at City University of London.

Evgeny has been leading the company's asset management since 2026. He began his career at the company in 2014 as a specialist in the Document Management Department, advanced to head the Real Estate Registration Department in 2018, and took charge of the Real Estate Approvals Department in 2022. In 2009, he graduated from the Russian State University named after A. N. Kosygin with a degree in engineering, and in 2025, he completed professional retraining in the field of jurisprudence.

Since 2018, Pavel Barbashev has held the position of Head of Sales at O1 Properties, the largest proprietor of class A office real estate in Moscow. In this position, Pavel successfully manages rental relations and ensures high occupancy in the capital’s key business centers: White Square, Legend of Tsvetnoy, Ducat Place III, Lighthouse, Stanislavsky Factory, Bolshevik mixed-use complex, Vivaldi Plaza, "Aurora", Silver City, iCUBE, White Stone, LeFORT and Krugozor.

Under Pavel’s leadership and with his direct participation, the company has been successfully managing its portfolio during the pandemic and special military operation. In 2021, the vacancy rate was less than 5%. In 2022, the business tenants’ demographics changed, shifting towards Russian residents.

Prior to becoming Head of Sales at O1 Properties, since 2010 Pavel Barbashev headed Standard-Service, the company he founded, which had mainly managed O1 Group’s projects.

Previously, Pavel held the position of director of marketing and leasing at Horus Capital, and prior to that he led projects at CMI Development, and was director of marketing at Hines.

Pavel Barbashev graduated from Touro Moscow University (a branch of Touro College, New York) with a degree in marketing and management, and has been working in the field of marketing, leasing and development since 1997. Over these 26 years, he has been involved in the sale of a total of over 1,200,000 m2 of commercial real estate.

Yana has led the HR department at O1 Properties since 2019.

Prior to joining O1 Properties, Yana served as HR director at Rosseti, the Russian electric grid monopolist. From 2013 to 2018, she headed the HR department at Dominanta management company, and before that she worked at the real estate company Promsvyaznedvizhimost (PSN). Yana was human resources director at Facilicom management company from 2005 to 2011.

Yana graduated from the Siberia Federal University with a degree in applied mathematics. She obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of the National Economy.

Daria has served as Head of PR since 2026.

Prior to joining the company, Daria worked for a real estate development company and managed projects for an international NGO. Her professional background enables her to develop effective PR communications and support the company’s brand positioning in the commercial real estate asset management market.

Daria graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with a degree in Digital Marketing in 2024, and from Regent’s University London with a degree in International Business Management in 2019.

Konstantin has been holding the position of Director for Information Technology since 2023.

Prior to joining O1 Properties, Konstantin headed the information technology department at STS Logistics for 4 years.

In 2016-2018, he held the position of head of business automation at the Avtomir Group, and in 2012-2016, he managed the IT department at the RegionGarant insurance company (a subsidiary of the SOGAZ group), overseeing the automation of various types of insurance.

Konstantin graduated from G.R. Derzhavin Tambov State University with a degree in Information Security.
