Avon has become a tenant of the LeFort business centre in Moscow

 23rd May 2016. – The investment company O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of A class office property in Moscow, has signed a long-term agreement with the international cosmetics company Avon in the LeFort business centre. The company JLL acted as a consultant for the lease transaction of more than 1,000 sq. m. 

The LeFort business centre, located at Elektrozavodskaya street, 27, build. 8, will house the Avon back office. The finishing works are in progress in the tenant’s office space, moving is scheduled for autumn 2016. 

The LeFort is a modern B+ Class business complex located on the premises of a former silk mill in the east of Moscow. The Preobrazhenskaya square and the Elektrozavodskaya metro station are accessible from the business centre on foot. The LeFort has convenient access to Rusakovskaya street, the Preobrazhenskaya Embankment and the Third Transport Ring. The complex includes 11 buildings, some of which were built at the cusp of the 19th and 20th centuries. The complex was completely reconstructed in 2006, but the historic appearance of the buildings with their high arched windows and 4-meter-high ceilings was preserved.
