Stanislavsky Factory won European Property Award 2013

October 22, 2013 – O1 Properties is delighted to announce that Stanislavsky Factory complex has received a highly prestigious International Property Award (Europe - Mixed Use Category).

Established 17 years ago, the International Property Awards is the world’s most famous property competition and covers residential as well as commercial categories. Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 80 experts who determine the winners in each of the property category. In the course of the competition, the judges are not only looking for the most impressive and innovative projects, they are also examining the sustainability and eco-friendliness of the property.

Built in the XIX century, Stanislavsky Factory was totally revamped in the course of integrated renovation in 2007. The architecture and design for the renovation project was developed by John McAslan + Partners. At present, this office complex, located in the historical center of Moscow, comprises of six buildings which are unique in character and style, have panoramic large windows, high ceilings and advanced engineering systems. Stanislavsky Factory office complex creates multifunctional space for comfortable and creative work. Besides office buildings, the complex territory includes theatre, premium residential complex, boutique-hotel, restaurant and a landscaped courtyard with parking.

Since 2010, Stanislavsky Factory office complex belongs to investment company O1 Properties. Among the tenants of the office complex are: European Media Group, Nokia Siemens Network, SAS Institute, Harley-Davidson Rus, The World Disney Company.

The final results of The International Property Awards will be revealed in London on December 12th, 2013.
