July - O1 Properties acquired the Zarechye office centre from ICT Holding Ltd. The deal was structured through additional issue of class-B shares in O1 Properties, which were transferred to ICT Holding Ltd. As a result, ICT Group increased its ownership of class-B shares of O1 Properties from 24.5% to 29%.

December - Andrey Barinsky and Vladimir Zubrilin acquired an additional issue of shares in O1 Properties amounting to 5.88% of equity capital.

As of 31 December 2015 O1 Properties owned and managed a portfolio of 14 working office centres with total net rentable area of 517,500 sq.m. Market value of the company’s asset portfolio was USD 4.3 billion.
