March - O1 Properties acquired the White Square office centre, located close to Belorusskaya metro station in Moscow. The deal was the largest-ever transaction with a single asset on the Russian office real estate market.

April - O1 Properties won prizes in three categories at the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2013: Dmitry Mints was named Investor of the Year; the Lighthouse office centre was named Best Class-A Office Centre, and the White Square acquisition was named Transaction of the Year.

July - Standard&Poor’s assigned O1 Properties a long-term credit rating at B+ with stable forecast.

August - O1 Properties purchased the Nakhimovsky 58 office centre. The centre was renamed iCube.

August - О1 Properties topped the investment rating for 2012, compiled by Commercial Real Estate Magazine.

September - O1 Properties acquired a land plot near Park Pobedy metro station to build a brand new class-A office centre.

September - Dmitry Mints and Alexander Ostrovsky ranked high in the annual rating of the top-1000 Russian managers

December - O1 Properties acquired the office section of the Legend of Tsvetnoy multifunctional complex from Capital Group.

As of 31 December 2013 O1 Properties owned and managed a portfolio of 12 working office centres with total net rentable area of 486,000 sq.m. The company also owned three development projects. Market value of the company’s asset portfolio was USD 4.25 billion.
