O1 Properties and Kimberly-Clark signed long-term lease agreement at Krugozor

May 17, 2018.  O1 Properties and Kimberly-Clark, one of the world’s leading producers of personal and professional hygiene goods, have signed a long-term agreement for the lease of premises at the Krugozor business centre.

Kimberly-Clark’s new Moscow office will occupy 1,865 square metres on the sixth floor of building 2 at the business centre. The move is scheduled for October 2018.

JLL acted as consultant to the transaction.

Krugozor is a class-A business centre and is a fine example of successful redevelopment of a former industrial site into a modern business complex meeting high quality standards. The business centre is located at the intersection of Obrucheva Street and Profsoyuznaya Street and consists of two office buildings connected by a passage. Tenants benefit from spacious offices with a convenient column grid and panoramic glazing.
