O1 Properties and Yandex sign lease agreement at Avrora business park

February 17, 2017. Investment company O1 Properties has signed an agreement with Yandex for lease of 10,333 meters of office premises at the Avrora business park. The deal was brokered by Colliers International.

Since the business park came under management by O1 Properties in 2016, we have been working to ensure that operating systems and tenant services at Avrora match the standards that apply at all our business centers. We are confident that this process will be viewed positively by current tenants and will help to attract new partners, who are now considering relocation to new offices."

Avrora business park is located in south-central Moscow at the intersection of the Garden Ring and Sadovnicheskaya Embankment, within walking distance of Paveletskaya metro station. The complex consists of six buildings of various heights, combining historic and contemporary architecture.

Since 2016 Avrora has been under the management of O1 Properties, which provides day-to-day operation, tenant relations, marketing and leasing services at the property.
