Three buildings in cultural and business complex Bolshevik was awarded the cultural heritage status

December 22, 2014. Investment company O1 Properties and Tactics Group announce that three buildings in the cultural and business complex "Bolshevik" were entered into the Russian cultural heritage list. A respective decision was made at the session of the Moscow Government Presidium.

A cluster of buildings of the former confectionery "Bolshevik" was built on Leningradsky prospekt, Moscow, in 1884, according to the design of French architect Oscar Didio/ The buildings feature unique, fully restored historic facades with brickwork, arched windows and high ceilings. At the present time the industrial facilities have been transformed into office premises. The first occupant, Russian agencies of the Publicis Groupe holding company, had already moved into building 1 in August of 2014.
