Stanislavsky factory is really a gem in O1 Properties portfolio. Founded in 1814 the property has rich historical heritage that was preserved in buildings’ features while taking on a contemporary design and a new look. Originally the factory was owned by the family of the world-famous theatre director Konstantin Stanislavsky, who managed this business till 1917.
