November – The Lighthouse and Olympia Park office centres were certified under the BREEAM environmental building standards.

November - O1 Properties and the Eurasian Economic Commission signed a lease contract for 29,847 sq.m. at Vivaldi Plaza office centre. The lease deal was the largest in Moscow in 2012.

December - O1 Properties sold Olympia Park office centre to Kaspersky Lab.

As of 31 December 2012 O1 Properties owned and managed a portfolio of 10 working office centres with total net rentable area of 396,000 sq.m. The company also owned one development project. Market value of the company’s asset portfolio was USD 3.7 billion.
